Delhi : Ayush Ayur Life Council of India (AALCI) is set to make a profound impact on traditional medicine and holistic health, with a broad mandate to advance and integrate AYUSH systems — including Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy — on both national and international scales.

Key Initiatives Announced :

AALCI's mission encompasses the development of high-quality Ayurvedic and AYUSH medical colleges, hospitals, and health care centers across India and internationally. The organization is also committed to fostering innovation through research and supporting the integration of AYUSH practices into mainstream healthcare via strategic policy advocacy.

Significant infrastructure projects will include the establishment of Ayurvedic Wellness Centers and Clubs, with financial support provided through subsidies and loans for AYUSH-related ventures. AALCI’s agenda includes notable initiatives such as:

Green City Mission, AYUSH Care Plus Clinics (Homely Clinics - Holistic Health Center), Diabetes Free Bharat Project, Sustainable Living Initiative, Youth Empowerment for Health Project, Rural Health Outreach Program, Urban Green Spaces Initiative, Climate Action and Resilience.

Launch of AYUSH Ayur Plus Clinics/ Homely Clinics:

The Ayush Ayur Life Council of India (AALCI) is set to introduce AYUSH Ayur Plus Clinics/ Homely Clinics in every Panchayat across India. These centers, which can be established in home or office environments, will primarily focus on advancing the “Diabetes Free Bharat” initiative. Each AYUSH Ayur Plus Clinic/ Homely Clinics will offer a comprehensive handbook detailing remedies for diabetes, leveraging AYUSH systems including Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. The handbook will also provide valuable insights on fruits beneficial for diabetes management.

Additionally, each AYUSH Ayur Plus Clinic/ Homely Clinics will feature "My Kaappy," a proprietary Ayurvedic food product from Nilgiri Herbals. This product will be available at a subsidized rate with discounts ranging from 15% to 25%. "My Kaappy" is distinguished by its 100% chemical-free formulation, devoid of added sugars, fats, and cholesterol, and holds certifications from ISO 9001:2015, FSSAI, HACCP, WHO-GMP, and FDA.
